Perform monthly accounting and reconciliation of partner investments and cash flowsCollection, organization, recording and retention of quarterly and year-end tax deliverables (i.e. quarterly tax estimates, IRS 1065 K-1s, IRS Foreign Reporting Forms)Help obtain and or prepare tax documents and work with outside tax preparerApprove and process payment of expensesOrganize and maintain financial recordsQualifications
BA degree in accounting or financeMinimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperience with balance sheet and summary of investments for high net worth individualsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environmentApproach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
