JRayl Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Akron, OH, home weekends! Drivers must be able to drive manual transmission. JRayl is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated for 35 years. Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St. John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, OH. Since its humble beginnings, JRayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a focus of creating a unique family environment for their CDL Class A Truck Drivers. Compensation:
Average weekly pay: up to $1,300-$1,500
Base up to 55 CPM with an average of 2,400-2,800 miles weekly
Pay based on experience
Bonuses
Military Veteran bonus $0.02 cpm
Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter with no violations
Referral Bonus: $1,250 paid out after referral runs their first load

Governed speed: 68 mph Qualifications
Must have valid CDL A License
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record within last 12 months (no more than 2 violations)
Drivers must be able to drive manual transmission
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Hiring Radius: Preferred within 50 miles of Akron, OH or be willing to relocate for this position JRayl Transport has over 350 tractors, 900 trailers and over 400 employees covering the eastern United States with locations in Ohio, Indiana, Texas and Virginia.
