Ok with first time travelersRN's required to titrate dripsRN to read and interpretFloat to all areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boardingFirst to float50 miles radius ruleCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid Bipap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, penumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsisNurse:Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3# of Beds: 32Epic Travel Staffing:Day
