Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experienceMust have at least 1.5 years perm Med/Surg Telemetry experienceAHA ACLSAHA BLSECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredOther Details:Med/Surg Tele RN.Day shift: 3x12's 7am-7:30pmMinimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment – waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):UnknownUnit:9 Surgical, 2-31322
