Number of Staff – 2 full time PT’s

Patient Ratios – 5-6 patient care hours in Rehab; 12-15 patients in acute, outpatient 6-7 patients

Must have:
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Texas State License in Physical Therapy
·
Inpatient Rehab Experience
Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first.
·
Bilingual preferred since heavy Hispanic population
·
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
·
PT evaluations, reassessment and treatments as needed for inpatient rehab
·
Team conferences, family training, and home assessments
Best personality Fit:

Energetic and able to handle the multiple personalities of the healthcare team and physicians
·
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
