with various units in Tertiary Care Hospital including: Trauma and stepdown unit, Neuro ICU and acute neuro medical and surgical intermediate floors,
Cardiac and Medical Acute/ intermediate
and ICU, Post Open Heart CV Acute and
ICU, Oncology, Progressive with ventilator capability, Orthopedics acute, Adult and Medical ICU, Neuro Medical and Surgical units,
Stroke Acute and Intermediate and ICU Medical Surgical Acute- post op, vascular and hemodialysis population - Special Equipment • Laptops - Skills Required Epic and CarePort experience Acute Hospital Work Setting Required Required Case Management/Utilization Review Skills: Care coordination, Discharge Planning,
