Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at our partner hospital, Lakeland Regional Health, in Lakeland, Florida.We are seeking an outstanding clinician of either junior or mid-career level to join a talented team of 5 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners to assist us in the care of our patients. The division is supported by an excellent team of endocrine nurses, certified diabetes educators, registered dietitians, and social workers. Nemours provides robust research opportunities for interested candidates.The partnership between Nemours and The University of Central Florida College of Medicine, in addition to the Pediatric residency and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship programs at Nemours offer excellent teaching opportunities.Other Nemours services onsite at Lakeland Regional include outpatient Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Urology, Rheumatology, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Pavilion hosts 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient space including an 18-bed pediatric medical/surgical unit and a 12-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, to support our promise of keeping care local.
