This experienced marketing leader will develop HHAeXchange’s growth marketing function and capabilities to meet aggressive growth targets and scale with our business over the next 3 to 5 years.In this role, you will develop and mentor a team that is responsible for capturing and creating demand, driving buyer engagement, accelerating pipeline, exceeding funnel targets, and partnering closely with the marketing, sales, and partnership teams.Through a data-driven lens, you will create, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns and programs to drive revenue growth. You will lead to the development and implementation of full funnel marketing efforts that align with sales targets and own the marketing-sourced target. Essential Job Duties
Develop a high-performing team : Develop, mentor and build a high performing team of growth marketers who are passionate about the numbers and performance. Create a collaborative, highly motivational environment focused on best-in-class performance as a team.Own the inbound and outbound demand generation strategy and deliver on targets : Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to generate quality leads, accelerate pipeline and grow prospect engagement. Responsible for developing an integrated campaign strategy that leverages webinars, paid media, web, email marketing, direct mail, events, and partner marketing.Oversee the SDR function : Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure effective coverage of inbound leads and handoffs. Apply modern best practices to outreach strategy, using intent data and lead scoring as key inputs.Campaign Planning : Support quarterly strategic planning across full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and the broader marketing team.Lifecycle strategy : Design and execute nurture programs that personalize content by segment, buyer persona and journey stage.Forecast, analyze, and measure impact : Be accountable for the ROI and deliver reporting that gives visibility on performance and forecasts by month, quarter, year. Establish key business KPIs and understand the underlying drivers to identify new opportunities for improvement.Ideate and develop campaign creative : Partner with brand team to develop campaign themes and creative that cut through the noise and drive engagement with our target buyers.Lead the team on conversion strategy : Leverage data and insights to identify ways to grow and optimize our channels to drive conversion improvement from channels like landing pages, email, paid media, webinar and events.Drive our testing & experimentation strategy : Conduct A/B tests across channels and on our website to create an environment of continual learning and optimization. Share learnings throughout marketing to inform other efforts.Collaboration with Sales : Work closely with Sales leadership to align on goals, priorities and build tight feedback loops to optimize efforts across the funnel.Other Job Duties

10+ years of SaaS marketing experience with 6+ years in demand generation, performance marketing and accountability for marketing quotas and managing budgets.Flexibility and ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.4+ years in mentorship, managing, developing and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.A deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, levers and customer journeys.Track record of developing effective integrated campaigns that exceed funnel goals.Highly creative and passionate about continually learning about our target personas and how we can more effectively engage them.Experience in managing a broad mix of marketing channels – both individually and how the pieces complement one another.Advanced analytical skills to draw conclusions and make smart business decisions.Senior-level presence, communication skills and ability to gather input and establish alignment between a large number of stakeholders.Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation and ABM technology.
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $160,000-$180,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.This is a benefits-eligible position.
