Stansberry Research is currently looking for a Videographer/ Video Editor to join our growing Media Production Team who is an expert in videography and video editing. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital Media and is a new opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative production team. We are looking for someone with passion, creativity, and an advanced skillset for videography and video editing. The ideal candidate will bring new ideas that engage potential and existing subscribers and efficiently manage video production from preproduction to postproduction.Responsibilities

Videotape, edit, and produce engaging short and long videos.Manage video projects from conception to completion.Edit video content, webinars, and promotional materials at an expert level using Adobe applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Find stock videos and create Microsoft PowerPoint text slides to enhance webinars, promotional videos, and video sales letters.Create text animations or animations in videos to enhance video productions.Expertly marry visuals, audio, and graphics to create compelling video storytelling, including motion graphics as needed.Set up proper 3-point lighting for shoots.Properly set up and monitor audio for studio or ENG shoots.Shoot a variety of styles in the field and in a studio environment, including news style filming, documentary pieces, case studies, financial news hits, long-form promotional videos, commercials, short-form videos, conferences, and training videos.Collaborate with members of the Media Production Team and internal staff to identify video solutions that achieve business objectives.Collaborate with the Social Media team to bring in new potential subscribers to Stansberry Research.Complete all other duties assigned by the Senior Vice President of Digital Media.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Film, Video, Production, Visual Arts, or Communications.4-8 years of professional experience as a Videographer.4-8 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.Expert-level user of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.Extensive knowledge of audio setup & mixing (with music, narration, and natural sound).Technical knowledge of studio lighting.Technical knowledge of studio production and location shooting/set up video equipment and lighting.Ability to color correct video if needed.Ability to work outside the hours of 9-5 as required.Must be meticulous, creative, detail-oriented, and organized.Strong project-management and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, time management, and identify resources for projects.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Comfortable using MacOS operating systems.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Up to date on current editing trends and creative styles to help ensure we remain competitive.Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.Visual acuity for reading and using the computer.Ability to freely move about the office.Ability to use the phone/computer/keyboard/mouse/general office equipment for extended periods of time.Ability to communicate with others in order to exchange information.Fluency in the English language.About Stansberry Research:
