Guided by our Values and Leadership Agreements, we foster an open culture where everyone belongs, differences are celebrated and know that when one of us wins, we all win.We provide a full benefits package, including exciting travel perks, generous time-off, parental leave, a global hybrid work setup (with some pretty cool offices), and career development resources, all to fuel our employees' passion for travel and ensure a rewarding career journey.What you’ll do:Lead strategy for Hotels.com sales and merchandising calendar, working collaboratively with Brand and Product on Storefront redesign.Support executing consumer promotions across Hotels.com, coordinating implementation across Product, Supply, Legal, and Finance.Ensure timely implementation of our promotions to achieve peak performance, efficiency, and scalability.Partner with Marketing on sales promotion campaigns to ensure accuracy of the forecast and propose appropriate optimization action to improve delivery.Work with Product to develop test and learn cadence across our merchandising touchpoints.Who you are:Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Management, Economics).7+ years of business management, B2C ecommerce, B2C strategy, and retail management experience.Experience with A/B testing frameworks and expertise with traffic data sources.Prior experience in project management within a B2C environment.Experience working with stakeholders from across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues.Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills. Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances.The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00.
