As they gear up for an imminent product launch, they're looking for a VP of Engineering to help transform the future of AI.In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape and execute AI and engineering strategies while being deeply involved in product development from concept to launch. Leading a talented team, you'll ensure systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of key initiatives, including compliance and emerging technologies, collaborating closely with leadership to make a lasting impact in the AI industry.This is a rare opportunity to drive both strategy and hands-on development while working closely with visionary co-founders and putting your own stamp on the business.The personStart-up or founder experience in AI.Strong knowledge within Conversational AI, Machine learning, Generative AI and AI agents.Strong engineering leadership experience.Strong hands-on technical skills and willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'.Extensive understanding of AI and ML, Generative AI, software architecture, design principles, and best practices.Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite (Relocation assistance available).The roleWorking closely with the co-founders to build a roadmap.Building and directing a conversational AI / Generative AI platform for enterprise application.Leadership & strategy / hands-on technical & architecture design & AI agents.Developing the product to launch phase and onwards.Early start-up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!Office based in Miami, Florida.
