Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager at Arena Club will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our marketing strategies to ensure successful flash sales twice a week. The primary responsibility is to drive 20% month-over-month growth in sales by leveraging various digital marketing tactics including influencer partnerships, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
Work with brand, digital, product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts across all business pillars. Launch Planning:
Create compelling sales themes, develop detailed launch plans, and strategize key dates, social media, CRM, and other touchpoints from pre-launch to post-launch. Sales Analysis:
Provide performance insights, create reports for cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign effectiveness to refine strategies. Creative Campaigns:
Collaborate with product and business leads to develop on-brand marketing campaigns that meet business objectives. Data-Driven Reporting:
Build reports from campaign data to guide future marketing efforts. Site Optimization:
Use insights to improve site performance and user experience, increasing conversions. Creative Deliverables:
Oversee production of graphics, videos, and copy to create engaging, high-quality content. Coordination:
Manage projects with designers, influencers, and partners, ensuring clear briefs, feedback, and timely delivery. Go-to-Market Planning:
Lead launch execution, focusing on customer journey mapping and personalization to drive conversions. Testing:
Manage testing before launches to resolve issues and ensure smooth rollouts. Asset Management:
Oversee asset creation for site launches and campaigns, ensuring everything is on-brand.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving sales and growth. Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Extensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools. US professional sports fan. Trading card collector; hobbyist preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute compelling marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing freelancers and third-party vendors.
