Engage with internal and external teams to communicate and deliver technical requirements necessary to complete program tollgate deliverables. Work with engineering and product planning organizations to develop a strategy for a cost-efficient electrified powertrain solution. Job Functions / Responsibilities Digest and Understand requirements/specification for specific component and/or sub-system for the electrified powertrain. Work with cross-functional division engineering to seek alignment and understand the needs for the electrified powertrain program. Draft technical requirements for component/sub-system and share with relevant cross-functional team and seek alignment. Learn and Understand PACCAR's Product Creation Process. Skills / Competencies The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows: Pursuing degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Strong Analytical skills with a good understanding of Automotive Systems/Sub-Systems. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Education Bachelors or Master in progress. The salary range for internship positions is $25 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 an hour for graduate students.
