You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that align with our business objectives and growth strategies.Role/Responsibilities:Partnership Strategy:

Refine and execute the comprehensive global partnership strategy aligned with Mastercard Identity’s goals and objectives.Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Partner Identification:

Define the desired profile(s) of potential partners. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.Relationship Building:

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners and cultivate new relationships to create long-term value for the organization.Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract development to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partnership integration.Market and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify strategic partnership opportunities.Performance Metrics:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnerships.Risk Management:

Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.Budget Management:
