You Are:

A successful Salesforce Industries Technical Architect candidate who will be able to design technical architecture solutions that contain Salesforce Industries products but span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems. You will also manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale, articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture. We love to talk with candidates who have a long-term goal of being a Salesforce Technical Architect.

The Work:

Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)

Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams

Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components

Lead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.

Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates

Mentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

Experience supporting Healthcare clients and/or the Healthcare industry

A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software

A minimum of 2 years' experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations

A minimum of 2 years' experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have at least 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

You know everything there is to know about Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management

You have experience collaborating with medium to large firms that consult on cloud computing issues (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large-scale computing environments, etc.)

You have confirmed knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes

You are familiar with multiple implementation standards and methodologies

You are up to speed on programming languages – APEX, Visual Force

You know your way around ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE

You have Salesforce.com and other certifications

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
