Overview:Plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning and progress reporting using data-driven analysis. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. Retrieves, analyzes, and summarizes business, operations, customer, and/or economic data to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, and/or predict business outcomes. Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization.Major Position Responsibilities:Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.Basic Qualifications:Required Education And Experience:

Associate's Degree and 5-7 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree.Discipline/Major:

Business degree or related discipline preferred.Additional Certifications:

Project Management Certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Less than 25% travel likely.Pay Range (USD):

Min $85,733 - Max $159,218.00Additional Compensation:

Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.Benefits:
