The successful candidate will handle various aspects of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions, and consumer fraud. Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in collaboration with the team and clients.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Handle depositions and discovery processes.Prepare for trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Manage all aspects of trial preparation and participate in litigation, including representing clients in court.Requirements:
