We are a highly focused engineering and management services company and our capabilities help our customers meet their mission-critical program needs. iGov is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Contracts to lead the firm's contract operations team and oversee contract management efforts. This position is a highly visible role and key part of the iGov leadership team. The role is responsible for the Contracts Department staff and the management of iGov's Federal Government Contract Portfolio. This includes administration, maintenance, and compliance with Company contracting policies, ISO processes, and guidelines that are consistent with, and achieving compliance with government contract requirements and regulations. If this sounds like you, please apply Responsibilities: Supervise company contracts staff in the management of a variety of Federal Government Contracts (GWAC, IDIQ, MAS, BPA, etc.) and associated delivery/task orders. Experience running entire contract management function, cradle to grave. Responsible to personally manage certain Government Contracts and modifications, reporting, extensions, options, and changes thereto. Responsible for maintaining iGov and affiliate System for Award Management (SAM) registrations. Responsible for the iGov Contract Management System and corporate agreement templates. Work with program managers, sales associates, legal, subcontractor personnel, and government contracting offices to proactively resolve contract issues and changes in administering government contracts. Responsible for subcontract formation, negotiation, and management. Responsible for the administration of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Supplier Agreements. Responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, participate in proposal preparation, and contract negotiation and awards with both iGov Business Development and Sales groups. Maintain and Improve Company Quality Objectives as identified and measured by company performance metrics and Government performance reviews and evaluations. Maintain vendor and customer satisfaction at Government Contract Office level. Advise executive management of contractual rights and obligations. Compile and analyze data as required, maintain historical information for assigned contracts. Provide contract in process reviews to executive management. Essential Required Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience with leadership in contracts management, including overseeing large, complex contracts for Information Technology & Communications products and professional services in a government contracting organization. Demonstrated experience in leading lean and fast paced contracts organizations. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and execution. Practical knowledge and application of the FAR, DFAR, ITAR, CAS, and other government procurement regulations. This position will require the individual to be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Working knowledge of the Information Technology sector inclusive of OEM's and distribution channels. Experience with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe. Strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Excellent people skills and a positive attitude. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification or equivalent. Experience with Deltek CostPoint. Practical experience in International Sales, EAR and ITAR regulations, and export compliance.
