Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Partnership Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s business goals.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective partnerships with a goal to drive them to completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful partnership execution.
Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
Exceptional project management skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
Sharp negotiating and networking skills.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.
