We currently have an exciting opportunity for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join the

Digital Member Engagement team

in our Marketing & Communications division.

The ideal candidate will have broad marketing skills and be a creative and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and maintain email-marketing campaigns and templates to support other marketers with emphasis on responsive designs, personalization, and automation.

Support audience development efforts for Marketing:

Build and nurture targeted contact lists in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).

Conduct data grooming in Salesforce and optimize contact information and member demographics.

Develop segmented lists based on engagement behaviors and constituency with prospects.

Work with Marketing Specialists and Segmentation Specialists to develop and execute creative email campaigns.

Minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of email campaigns.

Recommend and deliver appropriate information, benchmarks, and metrics by collecting data, providing analysis, and identifying trends.

Work closely with the Senior Website Marketing Specialist and Marketing Specialists to coordinate with key stakeholders.

Create and deliver effective marketing promotions, e-newsletters, targeted landing pages, messaging, and sales tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree; marketing or business degree preferred.

1-3 years’ work experience in a marketing position required.

Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Proficiency with digital marketing and email marketing platforms.

Experience with content management systems; possess working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Fast learner who is flexible and able to respond to frequently changing business needs.

Exhibit a curious and creative mindset.

Strong communication skills required to work effectively with internal partners and clients.
