SD is part of the PT compact privilege states1 year experienceGeneral physical therapy skills including but not limited to evaluation, determining effective intervention, medical assessment skills, development of care plansBLS
Charting System: EpicWilling to accept new gradsWill accept a first-time travelerPatient Types/Common Diagnoses Seen: Medically compromised patients: CHF, COPD, DM, Cardiac / Ortho, neuro, dementia, general weakness / Ages vary from early adult to geriatricsScrub Color: Any color of scrub is acceptable, or business casual.
