TravelWe have a newly remodeled and well-equipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16-bed critical access hospital. NOTE: This is a 13-week contract, but the manager is very interested in applicants who are willing to extend to 26 weeks, if possible. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required. Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
