ASAP Ratios: 1:6 Years of Experience REQ: N/A First-timers Accepted: Y with good experience and Chemotherapy knowledge Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Certs REQ: ONS chemotherapy (can obtain after starting), BLS Is on-call REQ? No but may be placed on call occasionally for scheduled shifts if over (highly unlikely) Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes when allows Locals accepted: 65 mile rad Pending License accepted? N RTO Restrictions: must work weeks of holidays and fall break at minimum 2 shifts Guaranteed Hours: would like someone at 48 hrs Special Requirements: none
