We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney on behalf of a reputable law firm specializing in insurance defense. The firm represents individuals and companies across the State of Florida in a range of cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile negligence, and premises liability. This position offers practical litigation experience and an opportunity to grow within a well-established firm known for its successful mentorship program.Duties:
Conduct fact investigation and case strategy development.Collaborate with clients and collect necessary records.Attend depositions, hearings, and trials.Prepare cases for trial, including drafting legal documents and motions.Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including medical malpractice and personal injury cases.Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience in legal practice.Active Bar license in the State of Florida (required).Experience in personal injury law or insurance defense is preferred.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Must possess an active Florida Bar license.Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Experience with trial preparation and litigation.Compensation and Benefits:
