Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele/PedsShift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs/weekLength: 13 WeeksWeekend Requirement: 2 out of 6 weekend minimum requirement; may be asked to fill in as needed on additional weekends. If on straight nights/ block scheduling - it will be every other weekend.Holiday Requirement: Yes, will consider RTO if given ahead of time.Requirements:
ND license1 year of experience requiredMust have MedSurg, Tele, Peds experienceBLS, ACLS, PALSPrefer previous travel experience, but will consider if strong otherwiseOther Details:Floating Requirements: May be asked to help in other departments if needed. Will not be asked to work outside scope of practice or do something that is not within your knowledge base or experienceNurse: Patient Ratios: Days: 1:4-5, Nights: 1:5-6 (If a patient is truly critical, the nurse will only have 1:1 or 1:2)Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Peds to Geriatrics. Wide variety of illness/injury, chronic and acute. Commonly admit respiratory dx, infectious dx, GI, ETOH intoxication/withdrawal, liver disease, AKI, DM, DKA, swingbed/rehab, occasional social admit.Radius Rule: 50 milesEpic Travel Staffing:
