First to floatCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not RequiredNo locals, must be 100+ miles from facility•Title: Med Surg Ortho RN *must read and interpret tele*•Shift: 3x12's Night Shift (1), every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.Minimum Qualifications:•1.5 years of MS/Tele nursing experience•Travel experience preferred•Must be able to read and interpret tele•Must hold BLS certifications.About the unit:MS Tele unit, nursing ratios 5:1, can flex to 6:1 pending staffing (this rarely happens), RN draws labs,COVID patients on unit (RN provides primary care, ratio 3:1, rotation between staff to prevent burnoutMost surgical patients (Ortho, GYN, Spine, Urology etc.), ED patients (ex: DM, COPD, Headache, etc.)Unit:
