JOB SUMMARYIs responsible for making home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the following physician.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (3281):Minimum Qualifications include: Valid state driver’s license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable - Associate's Degreein Nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio3 years home hospice experience preferredUnit: HRINC63230, Hospice Marion
