Travel RN - Oncology ClinicShift : Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, Mon-Sun (variable), no callLength : 13 weeksRequirements:OR RN License2 years of Oncology experience neededChemo Cert & ONS requiredBLS1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required.Role: Community Hem/Onc Infusion NursePrimary site CHO TualatinShifting: 4X10 Days; 07:00 - 17:30 Monday-Sunday variable
Contract Length: 13 WeeksOn Call: No
Patient Population: Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem/Onc is comprised of 5 clinics.
Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Cert & ONS Required,
Experience: 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required Unit: 1 - 33044 - HC.Gresham Infusion Clinic
