Job Description : Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients.EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1.Required Certifications:
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS.
PALS is preferredExperience:
Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience preferred, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.Setting:
20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatricsShift:
12 hour shifts Days or Nights, must be flexible. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.Housing:

Position Urgency:Quick Start
Shifts:12 hour shifts. Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needs may change.
Maximun of two (2) Shift Call offs.
State License Details:Must Be Currently Active

Minimum Guaranteed Hours:36
