Equipment and devices: crutches, gait belt, standard walker, traction table. Home exercise program, patient family education, signs & symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, safety and injury prevention. which is a fast-paced outpatient rehab clinic treating primarily orthopedic and neurologically involved patients with physical therapy diagnoses. Required skills include experience in outpatient physical therapy, experience treating orthopedic and neurologically involved patients and experience with electronic health record, preferably Epic.
