About the Role:OLAPLEX is seeking a temporary UX/UI Designer to support on a site redesign project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the designs provided by the agency (in conjunction with marketing, creative & e-commerce leads) and giving feedback both verbally & via updates in Figma on UX/UI best practices (inclusive of ADA compliance). Based on business needs you may need to rework or design certain modules, features/functionality or pages to hand over to the agency. As part of the redesign process you will also be a key stakeholder in building an A/B testing roadmap to stress test any new features or journeys on the site.

This is a temporary role.

Investigation & Experience design – 85%

Work collaboratively with the agency to give detailed feedback & notes on designs

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for new features, functionality or landing pages. Gather feedback from key stakeholders

Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure designs are mobile-first, backed by data, and are user-focused

Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components

Testing & Data Tracking - 15%

Together with the key stakeholders define an A/B testing roadmap to stress test new features and/or customer journey for new site

Key stakeholder in site relaunch UAT in preparation for relaunch with focus on usability & customer journey

About You:

7+ years of experience with UX/UI design and analysis

Bachelor’s degree required, in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, computer science or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Data interpretation and presentation skills

Experience in a multinational, cross-channel environment would be a plus

Stakeholder management in a matrix organization preferred
