THE ROLE

The Regional Head of Business Solutions Group you will play a pivotal and influential role as Temenos continues to lead the way in transforming banking, leading a team of industry experts to support our America’s sales teams in complex customer engagements.

You will be participating in Business and technology discussions and supporting the sales organization as a trusted Solutions expert in engaging at C-level with a new and existing customer. Playing a hands-on role as needed in crucial campaigns.

You will be partnering, providing feedback and insight to product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address the customer with an outward-facing view of the market, trends, and customer strategy.

OPPORTUNITIES

You will be acting as an authority when dealing with major clients who are embarking on a transformation journey with Temenos listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations.

You will be advising and consulting with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.

You will be continuously striving to streamline, automate and innovate internal processes and deliver results with customer centricity at the fore.

You will be leading complex RFPs processes and designing new ways of working to deliver customer value.

You will be collaborating with various distributed internal teams to ensure that the BSG team can support sales campaigns effectively.

You will be setting performance metrics that tie back the business strategy and builds a shared vision of customer-centricity, technology excellence, and innovation.

You will be leading from the front with integrity to inspire high levels of performance, productivity, and engagement across multiple teams and geographies.

You will be collaborating with and coaching the best and most diverse talent in the market.

You will be building an inclusive culture based on trust and respect and empowering others to do their best work.

You will be proactively building and fostering long-term relationships with internal and external senior executives, influencers, and stakeholders in the banking and financial services sectors.

SKILLS

You should have experience in working with emerging technologies in a financial services context.

You should have experience in building, leading, and coaching high performing teams.

You should have Detailed knowledge of core banking technologies (on prem and SaaS).

You should have in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations.

You should have experience in a client-facing role acts as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholder.

You should be a thought leader and is passionate about driving change within the FS industry.

You should be able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity.

You should have a global mindset, a team spirit, and a desire to make a real impact.

You should have an appetite for learning and growth.

You should have excellent communication skills, a careful listener and inspiring speaker.

You should be a purposeful and empathetic leader who has led teams in high growth settings, and able to deliver on the tactical day to day while having strategic line of sight to the future needs of the business.

You should have able to lead cross-cultural and diverse teams.

You should have fluency in English, other languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
