day: WOCN will receive consults for wound or ostomy education/treatment and
will see patients at both Doctors Regional and Bay Area campus (approx.
consults 5-7 per day)

Monthly:
WOCN will participate in, lead discussion and be subject matter expert in:

Pressure
Injury Prevention Committee (Meeting with managers/directors/ACNOs, leads
meeting & updates slide deck)
·
Skin Care
Champion (Meeting with nursing unit RN Skin Care Champions, leads meeting and
updates slide deck, provides educational topics to unit nurses)
·
Patient
Care Leadership (Participates in meeting, update slide deck, presents
pressure injury data)
