Description:
Dickinson Wright is seeking a Junior Level Patent Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of litigation experience and a mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials engineering or electrical engineering degree.Responsibilities:Strong legal writing skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances.Proactive with strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.Salary and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000, determined by geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
