Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee the company’s overall marketing and advertising strategy. This role will be worked on-site out of the firm's Miami office.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
Developing Marketing Strategies:
Create tailored marketing campaigns for each practice area, emphasizing the firm's expertise in property damage, personal injury, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and immigration.
Brand Building and Reputation Management:
Enhance and maintain the firm’s reputation through thought leadership, client testimonials, case victories, and a robust digital presence.
Community Outreach and Advocacy:
Lead community-focused initiatives, sponsorships, and public service campaigns relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
Digital Marketing and SEO:
Collaborate with the firm’s marketing agencies to optimize the website and content for search engines.
Ad Budget Management and Market Expansion:
Effectively manage the advertising budget to align with the firm’s growth strategies.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Develop innovative strategies to attract potential clients across multiple channels.
Client Retention and Referral Programs:
Design programs aimed at retaining clients and fostering referrals.
Collaborating with Leadership:
Work closely with the firm’s leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the firm's strategic vision.
Tracking and Analyzing Performance:
Measure marketing ROI and acquisition costs, ensuring the success of campaigns through continuous data analysis.
Communication and PR:
Develop and implement a communication plan to address any negative press.
