About this Position / Responsibilities
NFF, Inc. is seeking a hands-on CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing & developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform & Azure cloud services.
RequirementsCandidate must have strong analytical skills and business vision to be able to add value to our program staffs by driving projects and delivering solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.Candidate should also have experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365, planning and implementing solutions to address organizational requirement, and successfully maintaining the program staff relationship throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.Must have the ability to Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockupsThe ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services and will have the following skills/capabilities:
Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, Azure Data Lakes/WarehousesExpertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps and Power Platform developmentInstallation, setup and configuration of Dynamics 365, associated AppsAdvise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations

Required 16+ years' experience with requirements collection and software application development (Must Have)Required 8+ years' experience with D365 CRM and Portal Development ExperienceRequired 16+ years' experience within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environmentRequired 8+ years' Azure Development ExperienceRequired 3+ years' MS Power Platform Development ExperienceRequired 3+ years' MS Office/PowerPoint experienceRequired 2+ years' experience developing Wireframes/mockups (using Figma or similar tools)Required 16+ years' experience with strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to articulate complex data to non-technical stakeholdersHighly Desired 2+ years' experience with Power BI Business Intelligence within a Cloud Base.Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
