Job Summary:
We're seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team of AI engineers, developers, and innovators. As part of the lab, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients' business needs and our technical solutions, ensuring every "experiment" leads to success.
In this role, you'll dive into the inner workings of client systems, analyze requirements, and design solutions that optimize business processes. With your analytical mindset and lab-tested methodologies, you will guide projects from concept to completion, helping deliver impactful technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Experiments : Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.Solution Design : Utilize your Java or .NET expertise to design and document technical solutions that enhance business processes and streamline operations.Collaboration with Lab Technicians : Partner with developers, testers, and data engineers to ensure the successful execution of the solutions you architect.Testing & Quality Control : Perform system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from "bugs" or errors before implementation.System Integration : Ensure seamless integration between business systems and applications, using your programming knowledge to troubleshoot, guide development, and optimize functionality.Process Mapping & Documentation : Create detailed documentation, process flows, and use cases that provide a clear blueprint for technical teams and stakeholders.Business Optimization : Analyze existing business processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using cutting-edge technologies.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Experience : 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, with hands-on programming experience in Java or .NET.Lab-Proven Skills : Strong understanding of systems integration, software development lifecycles, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Analytical Thinking : Experience gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and creating system design specifications.Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.Communication Skills : Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and their integration with business systems.Prior experience working in IT consulting or a client-facing role.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within technical constraints.Lab Perks (What We Offer):
