and surrounding area. Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:Job Scope:

L ifting and lowering materials with precision, and transport heavy equipment to worksites.

Position Requirements :

MUST

be NCCCO CertifiedMUST HAVE VALID LICENSEHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required.MUST

be able to pass physicalMUST

be able to pass DISA drug screenMUST

be able to pass background checkMUST

be able to provide own PPE (Hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, & gloves)MUST

have reliable transportation

Required Skills:

Experience working with lift trucks, overhead cranes and mobile cranesExcellent hand-eye coordination, focus and dedication to following safety protocols

Must be able to judge spaces correctly & handle many controls at the same timeAttention to detailKnowledge of OSHA Regulations, and ANSI Standards in crane operations

Proficient in oral and written communication skills.AlertnessAbility to follow instructions closely

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operating cranes to lift, move or place equipment and materialsOperate a variety of material-moving equipment daily according to schedule and instructions from project manager, choosing and setting up the right crane, lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficientlyControl cranes, lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to ensure effective transportation of materials and safety for all personnel on siteMaintain visual and radio contact with ground operators according to best practices and site safety regulations, and respond to questions and instructions clearly and quicklyInspect machines and equipment daily, perform routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs as required and initiate additional repair requests from mechanics when necessaryAssembling tower cranes on-siteInspect machines and equipment daily, perform routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs as required and initiate additional repair requests from mechanics when necessary

Clean, lubricate, and refill equipment.Performing routine crane maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating

Manage house keeping activities when requested.

Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.Assist in waste disposal and recycling activitiesCleanup work area and equipment after work is completed.

Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner.Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.Comply with company policies and legal guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environmentMeet quality and performance requirements as outlined by quality assurance and production standardsReport safety hazards, quality, and production issues to management immediately

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 LBSMust be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasksAbility to sit and/or stand for long periodsHandle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basisAbility to see well and distinguish between back up alarms, voices and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.Excellent physical strength & staminaMust be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasksAbility to work in varying hot and cold environments

Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditionsAbility to work in an environments with exposures to dust, dirt and various other debris, metal and paint fumes, gasesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditionsThe employee is occasionally exposed to loud noise, fumes, and/or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock

Pay :

$28.00 - $35.00 (Based on experience)Weekly PayPay Schedule: Monday - Sunday

Schedule :

Monday - Friday (Weekends as Needed)

8 - 12 Hour Days (With weather permitting)
