The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing multimedia graphics for both traditional and digital assets. This position will be tasked with quick go-to market graphics as requested across multiple channels including print and out of home advertising, web graphics and digital media.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:Design and execute promotional images and HTML for email marketing initiatives.Update and maintain branding standards and consistency with all brands.Use Adobe Creative Suite to design email, mobile app and web collateral.May design print marketing collateral including but not limited to direct mail, postcards, flyers, inserts, newsletters.Create or edit prototypes, wireframes or similar.Follow content calendars, work with multiple departments to create content for the guests and team members.Manage project calendar deadlines with various departments.Other duties as assigned.Skills to Help You Succeed:
Ability to assume responsibility for independent/self-directed action.Ability to take initiative.Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.Must have strong time management skills.Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.At least three (2) years of varied traditional and digital marketing experience including UX/UI for email, mobile apps, web or traditional. Please provide a portfolio of work.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Proficient in HTML & CSS.Knack for writing copy.Familiar with designing and testing responsive creative across multiple platforms and devices.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Impeccable file management and archiving skills built to multiple specifications.Work in an open office environment.Fluent in digital best practices and familiar with current design trends in the e-commerce space.Understand the Live! brand and ensure that it is upheld through all traditional and digital experiences.Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience or least two (2) years related experience including UX and/or visual design for mobile apps, websites, and e-commerce. Please provide a portfolio of your production and design work to include digital formats.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such an environment.Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.Physical Requirements:
24/7 environment requiring extended hours including evenings and weekends.
