We are seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our insurance defense practice group. This is a mid-level position requiring 3 - 6 years civil litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications
Licensed member of the Florida Bar, in good standing;Previous insurance defense law practice experience;Strong working knowledge of Florida and Federal civil practice;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent research, writing and organizational skills;Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with close attention to detail;Familiarity with PerfectLaw, AIM, or similar case management software;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; andAbility to build rapport and communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, professional staff and peers.
