The Account Director will lead scaled production efforts for the US region for a global technology brand. The AD is the day-to-day lead, client partner and internal captain, leading a complex, omnichannel, global production delivery system. Equal parts relationship builder, operational expert and production maven, The Account Director will be accountable for delivering strategic and operational partnership to clients and creative AOR partners, and business value for Tag.
You must have global creative AOR experience working on tech brands. Heavy production experience is a must!

Per New York state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a New York based individual: $150k-160k per annum. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting into the Global Client MD, the Account Director will lead the US efforts for a major global technology brand account, ensuring seamless delivery of all omnichannel production efforts. Act as the primary day to day client partner, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams and creative AOR partners to ensure cohesive, integrated campaigns that are aligned with the client's business goals.
- Oversee the full scaled production lifecycle, from briefing through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
- Own and adhere to in-region production SLA's
- Drive strategic conversations with clients to align creative ideas with business objectives, delivering value beyond execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and other internal team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.
- Manage budget allocations, timelines, and resource planning for large-scale, complex projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for the client.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or production agency environment.
- Demonstrable experience working with global technology brands to deliver high-impact, omnichannel assets and deliverables.
- Strong background in creative production with a deep understanding of digital, video, social, and offline content.
- Proven success leading and collaborating with inter-agency teams (e.g., media, creative, strategy) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to balance creative ambition with business strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate creative and business goals effectively.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution.
