About This Opportunity

As a Senior Field Representative in the Water & Wastewater group at French & Parrello Associates, you will play a crucial role in our project execution and oversight efforts. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for planning, designing, and managing the construction and startup of various water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure projects. This role will require cross-utilization within our group and occasional support to other related teams such as Field Services, Geotechnical, Construction Engineering, and GIS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions for water supply, treatment, storage, distribution, wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment, and environmental compliance.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with client representatives, utilities, contractors, code officials, and the public as required.
  • Prepare daily construction reports, capture photographs of construction progress, and maintain meticulous records during construction, testing, and startup activities.
  • Monitor and track quantities of materials and work completed, assisting with contractor payment applications.
  • Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety practices and protocols throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction oversight and field representation, preferably in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting construction activities and maintaining detailed records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill travel requirements of this position.
