As a Product Manager, Vice President in Firmwide Onboarding Organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of new employees as they join our organization. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify gaps, solve complex problems, and make informed recommendations to enhance the experience. We will target data-driven areas of opportunity and you will lead efforts to: deeply understand the current state and deliver visualizations (e.g., storyboards, service blueprints) that contextualize the existing landscape and highlight areas of opportunity, design an ideal future state, focusing on simple, intuitive, and seamless experiences, prototype and test various ideas with users, build and deliver the future state experience and continuously measure and improve our onboarding experiences.

Job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of duties based on the evolving needs of the onboarding landscape.
  • Advocate for the employee experience by championing user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Develop and implement metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Global Technology, CAO functions (e.g., Global Real Estate) and HR.
  • Partner with content creators to develop clear, concise and engaging onboarding content.
  • Compile and articulate clear messages for reports and executive-level presentations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic or design related roles in a fast-paced, global, corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in designing experiences and various methodologies/practices/tools (e.g., service blueprints, storyboards, research techniques, prototyping).
  • Demonstrated ability to flex between strategic and tactical thinking for varying audiences.
  • Proven ability to engage in systems thinking, with the ability to develop and implement frontstage and backstage experiences.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data from different sources to inform a holistic narrative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to listen, question, and articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Expert Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience with Figma helpful, but not required.
