What You'll Do
• Work on a prioritized backlog with a salesforce dev team
• Work with business users to prioritize key enhancements for salesforce
• Test new enhancements to various salesforce products
• Design and ensure delivery of Salesforce solutions for and with our clients
• Collaborate with client partners to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations
• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best bring to bear the Salesforce platform
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and detail technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
• Provide expert guidance and lead project/workstream estimation efforts, presenting project approach and solutions to clients during project delivery
What You'll Bring
• A self-driven approach with a "get it done" attitude
• Passion to solve complex business and technology problems
• Expertise in salesforce, specifically experience cloud and mobile publisher
• Experience in salesforce devops practices
• Experience in location and translation services within salesforce
• Hands-on experience architecting technical Salesforce solutions, including understanding of Salesforce development frameworks and configuration limitations
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $75 to $95/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
