Salesforce Lead Consultant (Administration)

Detailed Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to drive the success of Salesforce implementations and support across Salesforce Platform, Sales, Service, and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background and possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and leading teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Manage the Salesforce org and support team to ensure users are able to work effectively on the Salesforce Org. Ensure that all user issues are addressed and resolved by the support team in a timely and efficient manner. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop tailored Salesforce solutions. Drive solutioning and ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee and manage a team of developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects. Provide leadership throughout project lifecycles and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce - Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Proven expertise in managing Salesforce orgs and support teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and optimal platform usage. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement gathering skills. Experience in team management and leading client engagements. Salesforce certifications
