Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges.- Provide therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings.- Monitor and document student progress.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on students' speech and language needs.- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.- Valid Vermont license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or (CF-SLP).- Experience working with K-8 students with communication disorders.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

- Working with a K-8 population.- Full-time position.- Serving 4 school districts.
