As a Workday Integration Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

Manage on and off-shore functional teams.

Lead the Integration AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality

Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements

Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution

Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment

Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff

Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated

Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.

Demonstrate design options using prototyping.

Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.

Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status

Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements

Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation

Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects

Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

Workday Integrations Partner Certification

Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a lead role

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience

Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Integrations Operations

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus points if:

Extensive experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment

Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. California $63,200 to $169,800

Colorado $63,200 to $146,700

District of Columbia $67,300 to $156,200

New York $58,500 to $169,800

Maryland $58,500 to $135,800
