Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Ability interpret and apply technical knowledge for both engineering and contractual related information. * Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. * Attention to detail and accuracy are position critical. * Leadership, problem solving, and computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
