Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual learning environment, ensuring personalized and accessible online instruction.Adapt online teaching strategies, tools, and resources to engage students with disabilities and enhance their academic success in a remote setting.Collaborate with parents, virtual team members, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom experience for special education students.Track and evaluate student progress through online assessments, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous growth in a virtual learning space.
Pay & Benefits:
