Job Summary:

The Warehouse Team Lead will be working in receiving staging, material handling and/or shipping.

Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the successful receipt of materials and components into the facility.

Verify items/components received and perform counts.Match to Bill of Labors and packing lists.Check for errors and compare against component masters per Receiving SOP.Tag and store receipts, following assigned locations, place receipts into proper storage locations.

Oversee material handling, flow, and location placement in CSI. Conduct cycle counts and location verifications against movements daily.Oversee pulling and verification of inventory per the Staging SOP as required.Review shipping schedule with management.

Oversee the process on Pick & Pack, and Ship within CSIVerify product, count, pallets, and BOL against production documents, reports errors when necessary.Oversee the wrapping, staging, and loading pallets onto trailers.

Separate out packaging and bulk returns from finished goods, return inventory per Staging SOP.

High school diploma or equivalent3-4 years of Warehouse experience requiredAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to operate computers and relevant inventory management scannersPrevious experience with ERP preferredPrevious experience leading a team preferredPhysical/Mental Demands:
